This has to be the worst June in the history of all June’s. At least in my life. Swear to God!

1. Have a mammogram that shows a mass in the boob. Have to go back to have said boob re-squished. Still there, so they have to do an ultrasound. Ultrasound shows the mass, but is still inconclusive. Next a biopsy. Meaning they have to smash the boob harder than before and stick a needle in it. Yes! A needle in the boob. Not fun. Wait 4 days. Worried for 4 days. Get the call that the boob is healthy. For now. But, please come back again in 6 months so that we can torture you some more. Sweet.

2. Major issue with spouse. Can not go into detail (Sorry, I do have to draw the line somewhere. Only mentioning because it just adds to the shit that June has been.). Mostly resolved. (In his mind anyway).

3. The death of my nephew. I have already blogged this, so will not drag you through it all again. This was June’s biggest upset, though.

4. Witnessing my neighbor being burglarized by her son, who stole $40k in cash from her house. Who the fuck keeps $40k in cash at home? Seriously? Had to fill out a police report as a witness, may have to testify if it goes to court. Have I ever mentioned that I don’t like to talk to more than two people at once? I can’t do that.

5. All the celebs dropping like flies: David Carridine, Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson, Billy Mays. Honestly, I really don’t give a shit about this one. It’s just odd that they have all died in my shittiest month ever.

6. Last night, once again, witnessing shenanigans at my neighbors house (same neighbor), same or similar looking guys. This time, slashing her tires and running off. Another call to the cops. The cops did not come and talk to me, since my neighbor was home this time (last time, they were out of town). But still. This is twice in about a week and a half. I tweeted about it and some jackass told me I should stop paying attention to her house. What in the hell? Where’s the humanity in that?

7. Dishwasher in my sister’s house (where I live) broke and had to be replaced. Last month, I had to fix the A/C or I would now be melted into a messy little puddle on my floor. Now it looks like the dryer just died or is dying. Tell me if I’m wrong here, but the dryer should not run for a solid 4 hours before I have to go down and stop it myself. It’s just a hunch.

8. This is no joke. My very good friend, A’lis, from Georgia has a sister Emily, that lives in Michigan. She is missing. She was last heard from on 6/25/09. This is not like Emily. She would never disappear for the hell of it. The local media has picked up on the story (click here), which will hopefully aid them in finding Emily. A’lis has gone up to Michigan to help in the search and she is doing everything she can. I can not imagine how she is even handling this. I would be out of my mind. Please pray for Emily’s safe return. If you know of any way to help spread the word or get more coverage, please help their family. They have a blog set up to find Emily, you can access it here. You can also follow updates on A’lis’ twitter at page. You can also leave a comment here with any suggestions of what we can do to help the search, like how to get national media coverage.

Update: Emily has been found. Apparently, she was in a car accident and has passed away. That is all the information I have. A’lis was very close to her only sister. I am sure she is devastated beyond belief. Please say a prayer for her family.

Thanks for stopping and listening to me loose my shit. July is only one day away. :)
