One of the best parts about moving back to SL,UT, besides the fry-sauce of course, is being able to hook up with old friends. And by “old” friends, I don’t mean like old people, because if they were old, that would mean I am old and I am totally not old, thankyouverymuch!

Last week, one of our high school friends came into town, Heidi, she lives in Oregon, so it was a good excuse for a little party. Actually, I went to school with Heidi from elementary through high school. She was a year older than me and we didn’t necessarily “hang out” much, but knew people that ran in the same circles and I definitely knew her, but seriously, high school friendships are so retarded! It was great to reacquaint ourselves as adults with out all the stupid cliquishness of the old days.

I am not going to even attempt to name everyone in the pic, because I am that kind of old that makes me forget peoples names that I haven’t seen in 20 years. Actually, if I really sat and thought it through, I probably could name most everyone, but I don’t feel like hurting my brain right now.

I was really excited to see my good friend Shauna, who I haven’t seen in just a few years. We’ve kept up our long distance friendship over the years and I love her to pieces!

I also have to add this picture from the evening, ’cause damn!, my hair looks awesome! BTW-you can click on the pic to enlarge it to get the full effect! :)

  1. ok…i feel somewhat blindsided by your blond hair. did you have brown hair in one of your twitter pictures once? the one with your hair in braids? i think there were dogs in the picture too. i totally thought you were a brunette. i’m not sure what the truth is anymore.

ok…i’m over it. blond you are.

  2. My hair is naturally a dark blond. In the twitter pic, since it was pulled back and sprayed down, it looked more brown, but really wasn’t. Add to that the fact that I just had blond highlights added, it is looking more blond right now than it normally does. I prefer blond, cause you know….they have more fun. :)
