It’s midnight. On a work night. And I am NOT asleep. WTF? I forgot to take a sleepy pill this evening, so basically I am sabotaging myself in the worst possible way. I know I don’t sleep with out those amazing little sleepy pills. I know I will be up half the night going crazy thinking about how I should be sleeping and I am not. So to waste some non-sleeping, but I should totally be sleeping, time…I’m reading back through my old posts. Why? Because I am not sleeping and have nothing better to do and I find myself totally thoughtful and amusing. OK, not really. But, it sounded good for a second there. Right? OK, maybe 1/2 a second.

Anyhow. It is interesting reading though, because I have figured out that I misspell words, butcher grammar, generally don’t make sense and have an unnatural obsession for excessive punctuation in my posts.

Why? Because I hate proofreading my own stuff. I love to do it for other people and often get paid for it (fools!). The punctuation obsession is a whole other story…worthy of it’s own post. But, not today. I have more important things to be doing. LIKE NOT SLEEPING!!!

So, when you are reading my blog and you see errors…ignore them. And really, please do not get the urge to comment about them. I know they are there, I just don’t care they are there. If you do comment on them, expect a return message that will simply say, “SUCK IT!”

  1. So what’s with all the ..’s? Ha! Just kidding, I think I over punctuate when I blog as well, but, like you, I don’t really give a shit. Nor would I correct anyone else’s grammar or punctuation because, also like you, I am anal about it, but when I blog I’m typing a stream on consciousness and don’t pay much attention until I read through the post again. Wow, if that wasn’t a run-on sentence, I don’t know what is.
