When we moved to our new house, we downsized from a 6 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. Obviously we had to get rid of a bunch of crap. Most of it went to the Goodwill, because the move was too quick.
We have now been in the new house for six months and believe it or not…I still have enough crap for a garage sale. Don’t start getting any funny ideas about me being a pack rat. I am the opposite of a pack rat…a minimalist or whatever you want to call it. Twice a year I have the urge to purge my house. But this time most of it was from the business. Stuff like life jackets, skis, ropes, tools, etc. I have already sold some of the big ticket items on eBay, but there is a bunch of crap not really worth posting. We have been talking for the last month about having a garage sale. Each week, we say “Next weekend, we are having the garage sale!” Then neither one of us makes any effort to accomplish this goal. I hate having garage sales! But, I want to get rid of this stuff and I know it is worth some money. Dilemma!
Does anyone out there on the interwebs want to do it for me? Please?
