Jared Leto (more info on him here). Is kinda cooky. But he has one of the best “separated at birth” faces, besides maybe Michael Jacksons.
Here are some more random pics of him. I think this was from when he was getting ready for the role of the guy that shot John Lennon. He made a pretty incredible body transformation.
