This was Aunt Val’s obit from todays paper.
Aunt Val was not related by blood in any way, but if you’re lucky (like me) you are blessed with people in your life that “become” family. She had a great sense of humor and I personally never saw her angry. About three years ago I had the great pleasure of hosting her, Uncle Bill and my parents at my house for a few days. They took a few extra days on a stop through ATL on their way to a Carribean cruise, since my parents hadn’t been out here to GA yet. How generous of them to take those few extra days of vacation, so that my parents could visit me and my family. They were great guests, we had a great time and I will treasue the memory of it for ever. I will also never forget her for being my Mom’s best (and longest lasting) friend.

I love you Aunt Val and I will never forget you! Sleep now in peace, you are an angel amoung angels.
