I don’t have much to say today, except that my left eyelid keeps twitching and it is driving me batshit! The other thing I wanted to say is that I made sausage balls with dinner tonight. If you have never had this southern treat, you must, must, must try them. They are super easy and beyond delish!

SAUSAGE BALLS
1-2 tube(s) of sausage (Jimmy Dean or whatever ground sausage you like)
1-1 1/2 c. bisquick
4 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar is good, I prefer colby jack)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper

Mix it all up with your hands (yuck!). Roll ‘em up into balls (about 1-1 1/2″ inches each). Please on every so lightly greased cookie sheet (or other metal pan with sides). Cook for 15-18 minutes at 375. I like to flip ‘em over half way thru to get them a little crispy on both sides. OK, YUM!!

I like to make them with sausage gravy and biscuits and eggs.
