Brrrrrrr….

It has been a bit chilly lately, more winter like weather than the week previous. So I have the 4-day weather forecast for my area on my homepage. Each time I open my browser I see what is supposed to happen, weatherwise, in the up coming days. The little icons are either a sun or some clouds or lightning, etc. I had to laugh today, this is the first time I have ever seen this icon.

I guess this means it will be an ice storm or at the least a bit icy. Or it is a really sad tree. What’s wrong little tree, why do you weep so? Who came up with this icon?
